TravelChat is a free system for use by ABTA Agents and a service for Tour Operators, and is backed by ABTA.
TravelChat started as an idea between two travel industry colleagues, who wanted an easy and instant way of communicating. Various security features were added and gradually more and more people wanted to use the system. What started as a simple idea is now used by over 150,000 agents and with the backing of ABTA it has been developed further to integrate Tour Operator products (regardless of whether they are on Viewdata) and FREE embedded Micros SABS Viewdata access for Agents.
